Coffman & Company, a leading HVAC and plumbing company in the Denver Metro area since 1983, is immediately hiring a highly motivated, team-oriented, and energetic HVAC Installer to join our growing HVAC team.

Position: HVAC Installer
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Install will assist in the installation of HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Requirements

HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Eager to learn the HVAC trade - enroll in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs
• Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
